Small Steps, Big Leaps

21 Feb
“A common mistake is to associate efficiency with speed. This is wrong, efficiency is about connection, traction, grip and accuracy.

There is a Native American proverb that goes as follows: A young boy asks his grandmother how long it will take him to accomplish his task. “Well,” she answers, “it should take about a week if you set your mind to it. But if you really hurry, it will take at least two weeks.”

Small focused steps produce greater achievement, because they advance and do not stumble. Small steps, on the other hand, add up and become the biggest steps of all.

Our relationship with progress is what determines our relationship with hope, which in turn determines our mood. It is our mood that determines our perception, and it is perception that determines our sense of time.

Don’t allow yourself to remain uncomfortable just because the present time reminds you of the past. Turn the clock forward from the past to the inspiration of now. It is there that you will find the reasons, the ‘why’. After that, ‘how’ shows up.

Use this in your life, and have the time of your life. Create and manifest your dreams.”
