Pilates for Better Posture Workshop

Have you noticed your posture worsening with age? Do you sit most of the day or have back/neck/shoulder pain? If so, this class will address postural alignment focusing on core stability, deepening your strength and lifting you up for better posture. This Pilates series is ideal for students and faculty with desk jobs and limited mobility throughout the day. All levels welcome.
 
Yoga for Sports Workshop

If you want to improve your golf swing, have better mobility in your soccer game, increase your flexibility and muscle tone for your basketball practice, or just become more mobile and balanced for all sports, this class is for you! Increase your range of motion and agility using classical yoga postures through proper alignment and breathing techniques. Modifications will be suggested to give you an individualized experience. Excellent for all levels, especially beginners, men are encouraged to attend!
